I think we can all understand that mistakes happen from time to time. To me, it’s how does someone respond to make it right. Credit to Gurnee VW and Felix for doing just that. I’ll definitely be back.
Cameron was very straightforward, professional, and to the point. No offense, but if given a choice, most people don't choose to go car shopping. Cameron and the rest of the staff made it as painless and quick as possible.
I needed new tires and an oil change.
I was able to get the work done very quickly.
I am happy with the work that was done and that I was able to get an appointment right away.
I do not like the fact that this dealer has additional 3.5% fee for paying for service with a credit card.
There is no additional fee if you pay with a debit card.
Chris and Rich were great! They were both very patient and explained everything to me that I did not understand. Both were very personable and relatable. A+ experience!
As soon as I got to my appointment I asked to see the vehicle and I was disappointed as they were trying to sell a vehicle that had water damaged. How do I know this? I soon as I open the hood I noticed that there was sand all over the engine. Some of the parts were rusted already due to the water damaged. When I mentioned this to the sales guy he acted surprised! We are talking about a 30K vehicle in this condition. I wouldn't recommend this place, but if you do end up getting a vehicle from here please be aware and inspect the car as much as you can.
I brought my car in for an oil change on a scheduled appointment and it took a long time. Before I received my cari was told the cat washed, it wasn’t . My cabin filter was also don’t and it looks like someone was just sitting laying back and relaxing because I found the passenger seat reclined all the way back. Which would makes sense that they took forever .
