Last time went great unfortunately this time I got charged a diagnostic fee of 150 and my issue wasn't resolved. They wanted to charge me an additional 290 bucks to simply reorder a fuel door replacement that would need to be painted. But there was no mention of the fuel door actuator needing to be replaced which is the main issue I brought the car in, I order the part and door from a 3rd party website and paid 170 for both.

Waited 3 hours for an oil change when I was supposed to have an appt. Tried to charge me $215 for said oil change when I was told it would be $89 over the phone. After some hassle they got the price down. Upon getting in my car they left garbage on my driver seat, and THREE oil stains in my car. One from whoever closed my visor, one from whoever put the new sticker in my window and one all over the inside of the driver side door. The milage on when to return is also wrong. I have 50k miles on my car and it says come back at 10.5k for an oil change. Overall, very dissatisfied and now I need to figure out how to get oil stains out of the interior of my car. Very unhappy.
